Do you constantly wake up with shoulder or back pain? 😓

People always ask me what position they should sleep in. While it's always going to vary a little bit from person to person, one consistent thing is that we should be trying to replicate good postural alignment laying down just like we do when we are standing or sitting. But unfortunately, most people make the mistake of using too many pillows so that when they lay down, their neck is either bent forward or bent sideways.

I also run into people who have shoulder pain sleeping with pillows behind their shoulders, forcing the shoulder to round forward and stay in that position all night. By limiting the number of pillows you sleep on and making sure that your ears are in alignment with your shoulders and your head is central to the chest, you might be able to alleviate some of that pain.
