Being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 8 years old really took a toll on me as a kid, but as I grew older and wiser - I realized how thankful I am for that BLESSING 🙌🏼

3 years ago it was not easy managing my glucose levels because I wasn’t educated on the nutrition/ foods I was consuming.

After getting connected to what feels like the most abundant nutritional resource and community, I feel amazing now! 😆 I see things A LOT differently these days and want to share it, knowing how much it’s helped me! My inbox is always open for people that want to learn - I have no problem sharing. I was a skeptic too until I wasn’t. When you feel and look different, you become your own walking testimony.
