Last Thursday, EOS Builders proudly broke ground on The Moreland, alongside an incredible team of partners — , , , and the  Housing Department.
 
This 5-story, two-phase affordable housing community is coming to Central Phoenix and will bring 132 new homes and a precast parking garage for low-to middle-income families. We’re targeting an opening in January 2028.
 
This project is a testament to the power of collaboration among public agencies, private partners, and community leaders who share a vision for a stronger, more inclusive Phoenix. We’re deeply honored to serve as general contractor and to help create lasting, positive impact by expanding access to stable, high-quality housing for families who need it most. Together, we’re building a brighter future.

We had an amazing time hosting Career in Construction Day with New Way Academy high school juniors!

Our EOS Builders team opened the gates of our La Victoria job site in Tempe, AZ, giving students an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of the construction process. From walking the site to exploring industry roles, they discovered the diverse career paths construction has to offer.
