At LBR we have a philosophy that we should be having conversations, not interrogations. We develop our Conversation Flow™️ to ensure we can follow the respondents thoughts and perceptions, while hitting all of the objectives. By giving our moderators this freedom, we are able to answer questions that our clients didn't even realized existed.

Happy Pride Month! Today and everyday we support the LGBTQ+ community and are ally's in the fight for equality in all forms, including justice, rights, safety, and self expression. We operate under the simple premise that people are people and no matter their identity - should be treated as such.

At LBR Insight, we are always brainstorming new and innovative ways to get deeper and more authentic insights for our clients. One way we do this is pre-work assignments.

They provide the respondent an opportunity to answer questions/show scenarios that are relevant to the topic, but give the freedom of time which allows respondents to think through their response and lay them out in the way they deem most appropriate (which also tends to provide more insight into their lives/mindset)

We often will allow respondents to represent their attitude on the topic and leave it up to them whether they take it in an emotional or rational direction (or both), and is often used as an opener to the discussion entirely.
