The term fitness is usually associated with people looking "athletic." Washboard abs, leaner look, bigger arms. And our reality is defining true fitness as being able to move your body to meet the physical demands of life.
At Elevate we want you to have strength in your legs so you can travel and be active up to and beyond your 80s. Have the mobility to do the everyday things such as getting on the ground. And have the ability to move quickly as we age.
That's why we train for longevity here. We know that with that mindset, fitness is something that is sustainable for all seasons of life.
And there is an overlap. When you lift weights, build muscle, and move well you tend to look strong and lean. And more than anything...capable!
