Dynaco Pas 3 tube preamp w/ Fm3 tuner 1960s as is. | Reverb NIce candidates for total re-tubeing and restoration. Powered up with variac. PAS preamp passed a signal, but noisy and with hum. Therefore selling as is and probably in need of tubes. Same thing for Fm3 tuner. Good clean restoration candidates, but as is.
