Leadership doesn’t end when the last shot is fired. It reaches far past the field into the spaces where no one’s keeping score — in the moments where your presence, your loyalty, and the way you invest in the people who stand beside you matters the most.

Last night I had the privilege of supporting one of my teammates while they shined in their own arena, celebrating their moment, and reminding them they never stand alone.
Congrats to on earning his 2nd degree black belt in MMA at Daniel Pope Karate Institute. What an amazing accomplishment! You’ve shown what happens when passion meets commitment and your journey has been inspiring to witness as you now get your opportunity to step into roles of leadership of your own.

Always remember, Captains lead by example with actions and my team will always have that from me.
