Widdling away for Summer. Start of the week 272. End of the week 265 at 15.9 % bodyfat. Started a vacation prep last week. Got buried with crazy amount of work hours towards the end of the week. All in all , very happy with progress. Im not old just have a lot of mature muscle 💪😂.
