Top chef Nicholas Elmi reopens, rebrands Laurel restaurant in South Philadelphia "This new concept is to have an atmosphere that's fun, and lively and jovial," the chef said.

Chef Nicholas Elmi’s Laurel restaurant will return to a la carte dining and expand into ITV’s space next door The tasting menus' finale will be March 18. The new Laurel, positioned as "a refined neighborhood restaurant," will reopen April 5.
