Brock is a singer I've worked with. He has had an amazing 5 week transformation. He went from struggling to sing C4 to being able to sing F4's in songs with good volume, stability, and consistency. All just in 5 weeks.

Just did another crazy livestream yesterday. 7 hours of analyzing singers (maybe a good 40+ clips), showing how the mixed voice works (with your calling out voice) as well as basic principles about how to open your mouth and sing your vowels. (Very important stuff for mixed voice.) This livestream featured mostly female singers, but towards the end, we did start talking about male singers a bit.

Just did a livestream today on why singing is so hard to learn, especially if you're studying by yourself (or even with a teacher sometimes).

I'm doing a livestream on the MIXED VOICE on Saturday, September 29th, at 12 noon Eastern Time. (Find the time in your location here. https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?iso=20180929T110000&p1=404 ) The livestream will be on my YouTube.
I already have a general outline of what I would like to cover, but I really want to make the content more relevant to those watching. If you intend to participate in this, could you answer the following questions? It would help me a lot.
1. What have you tried thus far in order to develop your mixed voice?
2. What are the struggles you're still having with your mixed voice?
3. What questions would you like to see answered about the mixed voice?
Thanks!
Looking forward to seeing you all there!

This clip of Marcus Scott singing with Tower of Power is a perfect example of what correct singing should look like and sound like. He gets it all right.
Notice he doesn't have any excessive face or neck movement when he sings. He keeps his chin down, always looking DOWN towards the mic , not up, as that lets the throat and neck stay relaxed. You never see him taking big breaths -- he doesn't take in much more air than he would use for calling out to get someone's attention.
All of his vowels are spot on. Everything is great here -- his intonation, rhythm, and range. He has gotten everything down to the bare minimum of what is necessary to sing well. Definitely a piece to study.

Thanks to Adam Mishan for giving me a shoutout in his vocal transformation video! We worked together from 2012-2013, and then a few lessons from time to time thereafter.
