✨This is the motivation some of you need today ✨
When I was diagnosed with lupus, I was put on countless medications that made me gain over 50 pounds. I didn’t recognize myself, inside or out. The fatigue, pain, and flare-ups were constant — and so was the weight gain.
But one day I made the decision to change my life. I knew I couldn’t control everything about lupus, but I could control how I showed up for myself every single day. I started moving my body even when it hurt, I changed what I put on my plate, I learned what foods triggered my flares, and I chose ME — every day, every meal, every moment.
Today, I’ve lost the 50 pounds that lupus and the meds tried to steal from me. But it’s not just the weight — it’s the freedom, the confidence, the self-love, and the hope that came with it.
If you’re struggling, please know this: you are not alone. You can do this. Your diagnosis does not define you. Your weight does not define you. Your hard days do not define you.
I hope my story is the motivation you needed to take that next step. Even the smallest step forward is still progress. 💜

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but sis!! Life is a journey, and so is the path to reaching your goals, whether it’s weight loss, career dreams, or personal growth. Progress may feel slow, setbacks will happen, and there will be days when you feel like giving up. But remember, your worth isn’t defined by how fast you achieve your goals; it’s in the courage to keep trying, even when it’s hard.
Every healthy choice you make, every time you show up for yourself, and every time you refuse to quit, you’re building the life you deserve. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but with consistency and self-belief, it will happen.
You’re not just working on losing weight or achieving one goal; you’re building resilience, discipline, and a mindset that can take on anything life throws your way.
You’re capable. You’re strong. Keep going do you’ve got this!

✅Daily vitamins, seamoss, detox tea & waist training 😌
✅Holding myself accountable
