On this World Mental Health Day, let’s remember that even the brightest smiles can hide silent struggles. It's okay to seek help and support one another. You are not alone. 💚

Fifty-six days ago, we lost our beloved son and brother, and our lives have been forever changed. To help ease the burden on our parents during the incredibly difficult time, we started a GoFundMe campaign. The generosity we received was beyond what we could have ever expected. We have been deeply touched by the outpouring of support and kindness from our friends, family and community. The care and compassion we’ve experienced have been overwhelming and a tremendous source of comfort to us all. We are forever grateful to each and every one of you.

In honor of his memory, we have decided to establish a foundation dedicated to mental health and substance abuse. We hope this initiative will support individuals and families who are struggling, just as the support from our community has supported us. Nicky’s memory deserves to be cherished forever.
