A boutique holistic agency is seeking a professional, high-vibe Birth Doula to serve as a primary backup for a high-risk client due in June. We are looking for a practitioner who embodies calm, "divine energy" and has extensive experience with hospital-based advocacy.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience: 5+ years of active birth work; comfortable with high-risk clinical settings.

Vibe: Professional, empathetic, and exceptionally organized.

Commitment: Must be available for an introductory "connection call" with the client and lead doula to ensure a seamless transition of care.

Compensation: Premium backup fee/On-call retainer provided.
