What’s the best way to form a new habit?
IMPLEMENTATION INTENTION takes advantage of the two most common cues that can trigger an action: time and location.
When you set an implementation intention, you no longer have to wait to feel motivated, you’ve already planned what you’ll do and when.
Here are some examples:
Meditation: I will practice 1 minute of deep breathing at 6:30 am in my bedroom.
Movement: I will walk for 15 minutes at 5pm around the block.
Personal development: I will study for 20 minutes at 6pm in my bedroom.

**Quick and delicious recipe**
5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Energy Bites (makes 12 bites)
Ingredients:
- â…” cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- ½ cup ground flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
- Combine all 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so they are easier to roll.
- Roll into 12 bites and store in the fridge for up to a week.
