Freezing outside... avoid frozen pipes.

In order to protect your home from the extreme cold this winter and keep pipes from freezing we want to give you a few recommendations.

1. Make sure all outdoor spigots have been turned off accordingly.

2. Set each faucet to a light trickle as this will keep water flowing in the pipe to avoid freezing.

3. On nights, when temperatures are near or below freezing it is good to open a cabinet door under any sink to allow warm air in. Also, you can set each faucet to a light trickle, this will keep water flowing in the pipe to avoid freezing.

4. Ensure your thermostat is set to at least 58°F when you are not home to avoid frozen pipes.
