The gym will now be open from 6am-8pm….
If you have a membership these hours pertain to you. If you don’t have a membership…. DM to inquire how to get one..
- Gym membership includes access to 14 classes per week as well as open gym!!!
-Also we offer 1:1 Training services as well as Group Training as well as Sports Specific Training.
