This storm is from May 20th. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to capture the Microburst Storm on Saturday. Now I understand my purpose in capturing these storms. It’s about more than the drama and the beauty. It’s to document what happened for history! This is why we need drones!

I actually left the house yesterday and carried my camera and drone. I decided to fly over my former high school and captured this shadow during sunset. This tree has been here ever since I could remember. I never paid attention to this at sunset. To be fair I’ve never been on this side of the campus during this time of season.

Sometimes it pays to revisit places at different times of day, and seasons, you will never know what you are missing!
