The legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. lives on in all of us who were inspired by his speeches, sermons, and lifestyle. As we read through his quotes, it is obvious that the intellect in this man was beyond comprehension by many. We would love to go back in time and listen to him, and his father, preaching to their congregation.

Remembering 9/11/2001, instantly brings back the emotions of that day. Living in a country where you once felt safe and indestructible, was quickly turned into fear, confusion, & intense anger. This is also when the invincible feeling that you once believed in, because you lived in America, was proven false. We lost so many lives to hatred. United States of America was never a truer name after this tragedy. Our amazing country came together like no other time that I can remember and the love was strong from coast to coast.

Another senseless act has us grieving today. We wish the family of Charlie Kirk, our deepest condolences. He left a beautiful legacy behind for generations to learn from.
