Making A Progressive Philadelphia

I am writing today to express a huge gratitude to Local Good - through a friend sharing this local grant initiative to me, I was able to apply and receive help towards a very behind PECO bill during extremely taxing financial times in a relatively short amount of time. It will help me get back on track with payments and allow me to make sure I don't lose electricity during the winter.

At Local Good Philadelphia, we believe a little help can make a big difference. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we provide one-time microgrants of up to $200 to people in the Philly area who need financial assistance. Our funding comes from a community of caring donors who don't just give—they engage in the process by selecting grant recipients.
