ICE CREAM: In this experiment, the kids learned about heat transfer, phase changes, and freezing point depression. Team leader, Grant Kester, led the demonstration and explained that by adding salt to the ice, we can decrease the freezing point of ice to allow the ice cream to freeze and enjoy!
