The letter will come with a barcoded form that will make processing easier. Moreover, ask yourself, could you sell your house for more than the assessed value? Someone mentioned anomalies with the block, that's a great example of when to submit an FLR or appeal. There is a hotline, (215) 686-9200, that can help walk you through the process, but wait until you get your letter. You have until October 7 to submit paperwork.
