Dancing for Birth is a dance class for pregnant women and women with young children (children must be small enough to wear in carrier or sling). This prenatal/postpartum dance class makes you stronger, more agile, more at ease with your body and prepares you for birth. The class is inspiredby Belly Dance, African Dance, Latin Dance and interpretive movement.

During the class you will also learn valuable childbirth preparation skills and for those post-partum moms it will help you regain your strength, shape and tone.
