The side of prep no one talks about.

After the lights go out, the tan fades, the adrenaline wears off... What’s left is the part that matters the most.

It’s not the glam. It’s not the photos.

This is a sport. It’s not a trend or a thirst trap or a way to chase likes.

The stage physique is the peak of the mountain that took MONTHS to climb.
