I couldn’t believe I was looking at the same house. This first floor renovation got it all! Brand new floors, powder room, laundry room, and that KITCHEN! 😍🔥 Nick isn’t your average general contractor. He is there doing most of the work himself. From electric to flooring to plumbing to tiling, Nick does it all! If he’s not doing it himself, he’s there to see it all through. He’s a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. Nick just finished up another insurance claim for flooring water damage. He quickly assessed the damage. He removed the existing flooring, setup his HEPA air scrubber and air movers to prevent mold. The homeowners picked out beautiful new water proof flooring and Nick had it done in two days. 🙌🏻
