Estate of Horror: A true story of haunting, hatred and a horrific family secret 08/19/2020

Seven years ago (and I can't believe it's already 7 years!), author Anita Intenzo brought this story to Collage & asked for help to publish. It is one frightening tale of haunting & even today the ghostly madness continues in her home. The medium's unbelievable message in ESTATE OF HORROR has come true, and readers can follow up this book with the sequel, DARK TRANSFERENCE.

We're also very happy that Anita has joined with us in the creation of to provide a full range of literary management services to authors and writers seeking to be published.

Both books are available for purchase. https://amzn.to/2CGJZfM (Anita can sign one, but we haven't found a ghost yet who can!)

Looking for a fascinating true crime story? "Hunting A Psychopath" by Richard Shelby, retired Sacramento, CA detective is one to consider.

When the FBI posted a reward of $50,000 in June, 2016 for information leading to the identification or arrest of the East Area Rapist/Original Night Stalker perpetrator, public interest was renewed.

But now-retired Sacramento Detective Richard Shelby had been working on the case since the first incident in 1976 and following the new crimes that occurred until the last, in 1986. Between that time, this still unknown assailant committed 12 homicides, 45 rapes and more than 120 residential burglaries in both northern and southern California.

Shelby, a Hawkins + Company client, has written a well-received book about his involvement in the case. "HUNTING A PSYCHOPATH: The East Area Rapist/Original Night Stalker Investigation - The Original Investigator Speaks Out" is a thorough presentation of the investigation he was involved in and we recommend it for anyone who is interested in true crime stories. It could be a catalyst to discovering who this criminal - who many people believe is still alive - is and assist in identification. For more information about the book or Shelby, email us or use the Send Message button above. (And to buy the book, just go online to Barnes & Noble, Amazon or the publisher, Booklocker.
