This room was giving us problems as far as layout is concerned because it has this platform of a floor interrupting 2/3 of the room. After further review we found that the only true need for this step up was a bit further back as you can see here. We’d love to know what the previous guys were thinking.

Finally getting to finishing this porch as well. We’re liking what we see!!
