Circuit Playground
Sept 28 - Nov 30
Monday’s 10:30 am - 11:30 am
10 Weeks / 1 hr per week
Zoom class with online Cohort
4th - 12th Grade
Limited to 12 participants

Get ready to release your inner geek during this week long introduction to the amazing world of the Circuit Playground Express. Equipped with a full sensor package (light, sound, temperature, movement, IR, and touch) this powerful little device brings art and computer science together. If you like robotics, programming, arts and crafts, and figuring out how to do magic with technology, you are going to love this tech camp. Registration fee includes 10 week rental of a special extended Circuit Playground kit that I’ve assembled just for this class.

Robotics For Young Learners

1st – 3rd Graders now have the opportunity to experiment with robotics in this exciting new 10 week STEM adventure. This fall, I am offering a special format of class for young students and a parent (or another adult in their lives). Check out this great way to jumpstart STEM learning for the whole family! Includes 10 week rental of extended Lego compatible Edison Robotics Kit. We will be learning how math and science connect to real life as we build and play with robots together. Rental Kit includes 2 robots and a set of Lego Technic style parts.

He taught computer classes at LLAE for three years before deciding to be a stay at home dad to take care of his son and daughter.
