My FREE community self-defense classes were a hit with those who were able to attend!! I wish that I had more photos.
Instructor Julio Rosario of Semper Fi MMA Muay Thai and his team mates did an excellent job of teaching invaluable skills to protect one’s self against a physical attack and all while having fun!!

As Election Day nears, make sure you are telling your friends and neighbors to vote for the candidate with a proven track record of fighting for our community who will also happen to be the first democratic women from Northeast Philadelphia to make it to the House of Representatives!
It’s time for Northeast Philadelphia to have a democratic woman’s voice at the table!!!
