Our Guided Meditation will be the Loving Kindness Meditation and we will be opening and healing our Heart Chakra and Sacral Chakras during our Yin Yoga Practice.

Kat, my amazing daughter is home from her first trip as a white water rafting guide on the Grand Canyon! The ultimate goal of most river guides!!!! She is so badass and home in nature. Completely self taught and self made with skills and abilities beyond most people. This is her 4th summer guiding, she was a White water rafting guide on the Arkansas and Colorado Rivers previously. She is the bravest, coolest most compassionate woman I know. Love you kat! So inspired by you every day!
