A lot of us hate work. It’s so common, we forget we can turn that ship around (and it doesn’t have to be a battleship in a bathtub).

The Heart center governs willpower, ego, consistency, and competitiveness.

If a team member's Heart center is closed they have consistent access to willpower, ego, consistency, and competitiveness. They are able to move through the world and projects without the need to prove themselves and are great at maintaining consistent protocols.

The Identity (G) Center is the identity center.

If a team member's Identity (G) center is closed, they have a very fixed personality and sense of self.
