A refreshing anytime or season that serves 2.

Ingredients:
4 oz Rosemary infused Honey simple syrup*(can be substituted with Strawberry Infused simple syrup)
2 oz Lemon juice freshly squeezed
12 oz Sparkling Water (can be substituted with Club Soda)
1/2 cup Strawberries (Fresh or Frozen)
4 sprigs of Rosemary
Ice

Garnish:
2 Strawberries
1 Lemon wheel or wedge
1 Rosemary sprig

Method:
In a cocktail shaker muddle strawberries and rosemary. Add lemon juice and rosemary infused honey syrup* and shake well. Strain into 2 iced tall glasses and top with sparkling water. Garnish with strawberries, lemon and rosemary.

*Jolly Rancher Strawberry Rosemary Simple Syrup Recipe:
Combine equal parts water and honey with 2 rosemary sprigs in a saucepan. Allow to simmer. Stir in 7 Jolly Rancher’s strawberry candies until fully dissolved. Strain out rosemary and let cool.

✨Peach Rosemary Sparkler✨
Serves 2

Ingredients:
2 Sprigs Rosemary
1/2 cup chopped peaches
1/2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
2 ounce peach Jolly Rancher rosemary syrup (honey rosemary simple syrup substitution)
2 ounce peach nectar
4 ounce sparkling water
Ice cubes
Rosemary sprig, peach and lemon slice for garnish

Instructions:
Place a Rosemary sprig and 1/4 cup of peaches in each glass. Muddle
1. Add 2 ounce peach nectar and fill 2/3rd with ice
2. Add 2 ounce peach Jolly Rancher rosemary simple syrup (can substitute with honey rosemary syrup), lemon juice and stir with a cocktail swizzle stick
3. Top off with sparkling water

Garnish:
Rosemary, Peach or Lemon slice
