1st Floor Remodel
Den - removed all the wood panel walls. Scraped all the glue off the walls and skim coated. Took down the damaged ceiling and replaced with fresh sheetrock. Installed recess lighting on a dimmer. Replaced all switches and outlets and put on new cover plates. Sanded, primed and painted.

Floors - Removed entire tile floor ' (nook, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and hallway). Removed carpet @500 sq' (living room, dining room and den). Installed waterproof luxury vinyl plank floor and padding in den,nook,kitchen, hallway, dining room and living room @1000 sq'. Installed all new baseboard @200 l'.

Tile - Tiled, grouted and sealed powder room floor and laundry room floor @100 sq' total.

Paint - Primed and painted den, nook, kitchen, laundry room, hallway, dining room, living room (walls, ceilings, trim, baseboards and doors).

Basement (had water damage)
Removed entire ceiling and light fixture, put in new recess lighting on dimmers, installed new ceiling (tape, sand, prime, paint). Installed all new sheetrock that was removed from water damage and mitigation (lower wall perimeter and soffit). Installed 520 sq' new waterproof luxery vinyl floor (woodlook). Installed new baseboard. Painted entire. Kitchen area (in basement) - removed original flooring and tiled/grouted 125 sq' floor. Installed new baseboard.

Deck

Bathroom
Full gut and remodel. Replaced old tub with a direct to stud surround w/ matching floor pan. New diverter, plumbing and handle/head for shower, new toilet, vanity, med cabinet, exhaust fan and light fixture. Added GFI, and split lines so light and exhaust were separate. Fully tiled floors and walls 4' high. Installed all new hardware and put in stud mounted grab bars. Painted entire.

Pantry - remove ceiling wallpaper, strip, seal, mud, sand and paint.
Kitchen - Repair damaged ceiling, seal, mud, sand and paint.
Yellow Bedroom - Water damage repair, seal, mud, sand and paint entire bedroom.
Master Bedroom Closet - scrape, seal, mud, sand and paint.
Master Bedroom - prep and paint entire.
Brown Bedroom - repair closet and paint, paint entire.
Blue Bedroom - Prep and paint entire.
3rd Floor Bathroom - repair ceiling, Paint entire.
Deck - Pressure wash, solid stain.
