I am a black woman and I can acknowledge that:

A. The system is FU**ED up. Black people are used, abused, killed, in poverty, traumatized. Too many brothers and sisters killed by police brutality. We deserve to be treated with respect. Instead, we are dehumanized by the powers that be. The country needs to dismantle systemic opression.

B. We have alot of working to do on ourselves. Too many brothers and sisters killed by gun violence in our community by us. Sometimes we do act like 'crabs in a bucket." We have hella generational habits we need to break. Things that white people can't solve.

Yes we got to fixed are own wheelhouse first than we can unity to stand strong as a whole unit and thrived and make THEM heard us LOUD violence shouldn't be THE FIRST defense especially unorganized PEOPLE have wasted some much good energy on been negative that could have be used for a more powerful message I love my blackness but my own don't like me i been call a oreo my whole LIFE or you think you better than us with your silver spoon

George Floyd murdered in Minneapolis, Minn. The most recent in a long line of black people unjustly callously murdered in this country over the last 400+ years. Another example of how unjust America's criminal justice system is. The police cavalierly killed Floyd in broad daylight, on camera. How many times have this Officer Derek Chauvin fabricated a statement behind closed doors? How often has he lied on a witness stand? Only a fool would believe that was Chauvin's first racist act. Time has come for black people to make changes in order to provide for their own safety & security. We must change the way we relate to each other, to other races, & to U.S. institutions. But, as usual, the call is being made for a "National Conversation." How, when, or who is to be involved in such a conversation is never talked about. What results is this conversation is expected to produce is a mystery. Before a conversation between the races in America, there has to be one among black people in America. We need to come to an understanding among ourselves before we come to an understanding with anyone else. We need to decide what kind of lives we want & deserve to live, & our willing to work & fight for. We need to decide and declare what we won't stand for. What we see in Minnesota, & other cities, is a massive amount of energy that can be directed and drawn upon to produce a society, community, and nation on our terms. This energy exists in every city or community in this country, but is a usually held in reserve. It is up to us to find ways to tap into this energy & use it to accomplish objectives set by us, for our benefit. We have the resources, the skills, the knowledge, and the means to bring about justice for all of US. If interested & willing, please contact us, join us:
