FYI: Whenever I use 1 sachet of detox tea I only mix with 8oz of water. 🤷🏽♀️
For best results drink 20-30 mins before dinner. (Or your heaviest meal)
Detoxing is necessary. Some of y’all are full of 💩 (no pun intended) 😜🤣🤣
