As our next Regional Support Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our office. No two days are the same. You will empower our agents, collaborate with brokerage leadership, and elevate our office marketing.

💼 What You’ll Do:
Empower Agents: Provide white-glove tech, operational, and social media marketing support.
Drive Culture: Lead office events, champion CB Cares, and build a vibrant community.
Strategic Growth: Partner with our Branch Manager to recruit top talent and act as an accountability partner for agent business goals.
Keep Us Moving: Greet clients, manage office operations, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience (Real Estate experience is a major plus!).
High proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) for business marketing.
Tech-savvy mindset (Comfortable with PCs, Macs, and mobile platforms).
Top-tier communication and multi-tasking skills.
Flexibility to travel to other regional offices on an as-needed basis.
