✨ Closing 2025 With a Full Heart ✨

As this year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on the incredible moments, the beautiful people, and the shared intention that guided every step: the desire to help people find peace and calm. 🌿

To every client, colleague, studio, and organization I’ve had the honor of working with — thank you. Your trust, openness, and willingness to grow have been the true gifts of my year. 💛

This year offered so many powerful reminders of why I do this work:

🌱 Seeing stress soften into calm and peace
🌱 Witnessing strength return, clarity emerge, and hope restored
🌱 Feeling the collective energy shift when a room chooses stillness

From green smoothies with Local 22… to desk-side stretches in the tech world… to mindfulness sessions with nonprofit heroes… to goat yoga that brought joy to entire groups — every experience carried its own kind of magic.

I’m deeply grateful to all the wonderful collaborators, including Evergreen Counseling & Wellness and Nourishing Storm, and to every corporate client who welcomed me into their spaces.

And to my individual clients — your journeys have inspired me in ways you may never fully know. Whether through Reiki, yoga, or health coaching, witnessing your courage, healing, and transformation has been one of the greatest gifts of this year. ✨
