One of our favorite things to see on the mats — the older kids leading by example. In this clip, one of our middle school athletes is training with one of our youngest members, a five-year-old who’s just getting started.

Moments like this show what our kids’ program is all about — learning to take care of each other, to lead, and to build confidence through real training. The older kids learn patience, control, and how to set a good example. The younger ones get to see what’s possible and grow more comfortable trying new things.
