Rashaad Lambert, 35, is the founder of Forbes The Culture, an organization that helps current and future leaders of color connect, collaborate, and drive change in underrepresented communities. ⁠

Lambert also serves as a senior executive vice president at Forbes media. ⁠

For over 15 years, he has focused on creating more equitable pathways for Black entrepreneurs using his expertise in marketing, diversity and inclusion, and corporate consulting.⁠
