Did you know that Philadelphia is the ONLY urban city in the country that had an upward trend in rentals (0.10%, every other city was in the negatives) AND has the highest rent growth margin (2.2%, Miami/Ft. Lauderdale came in second at 1.8%)since February 2020? Beating out popular cities like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington DC, San Francisco, & Dallas.
What does this mean though? This means that if you're a renter, you better get your s**t together fast because the market is super competitive right now & places priced right and in good locations are being rented within one to two weeks!
