“It’s more than fitness, It’s a Mentality!”

First off I want to thank my homie from High school trusting me and blessing me with this opportunity to train his son!

This is me and this Young king ._ second session together and what I love most is that he is so coachable, and he has ridiculous work ethic for a 10 year old! It’s crazy when he tells me that he want another rep or he wants to train longer! It motivates me! We were only supposed to workout for an hour and it turned into 2!! You would think that it’s his off-season...but he plays for a national title in 2 weeks!

No matter if it’s sports or whatever...when interacting with the youth be patient, compliment the effort first then correct the mistake, don’t put fear in their heart but provide wisdom and guidance so that they are prepared and not scared to navigate!

A beautiful session for a beautiful day during a tough time! Keep pushing!
