We’ve officially wrapped up Phase 1 of transforming this once-abandoned warehouse into a modern, high-tech chemical production laboratory.
This phase included full interior demo, upgraded safety systems, and a fresh front-office buildout — all tailored to support Ereztech’s cutting-edge operations beyond their Sheboygan Falls headquarters.
Proud to support Ereztech in this exciting expansion and revitalization. On to Phase 2!
