When a Knoxville café reported a noisy ice machine, OPM technicians responded with a structured diagnostic workflow. Equipment was inspected for loose panels, worn bearings, and refrigerant line vibration; condenser and evaporator coils were measured, and water inlet pressure and filtration were verified. Measurements were recorded using calibrated gauges and thermal imaging; OEM supplier components were referenced and installed where replacement was required. All technicians are factory-trained and certified, and service reports with before-and-after photos were provided to the client. OPM also supplies ice machines across budgets and offers matched water-filtration systems to reduce repeat faults. Learn more: https://wix.to/E7eCkze

On February 11, 2025, an EF-1 tornado moved through the Ellyson Industrial Park in Pensacola — directly impacting our Oasis Preferred Maintenance facility. In a matter of seconds, powerful winds tore through roofs, doors, and structures across the park. While the damage was significant, we are grateful that our team remained safe. Moments like this remind us how quickly conditions can change — and how important resilience, preparation, and community support truly are. Despite the disruption, our team worked quickly to restore operations and continue supporting the restaurants, healthcare facilities, and businesses that depend on us throughout Pensacola, Escambia/Santa Rosa County, and across the Southeast.

We are thankful for:
• the first responders and crews who secured the area
• our customers for their patience and support
• our team for their grit and commitment

Our business community is resilient. And we are proud to continue serving the region we call home!
