The internet can be a great tool, but it can also expose children to online predators, cyberbullying, and other dangers. Constable Mark Herman encourages parents and guardians to stay actively involved in their children's online activities.

✅ Know who your children are communicating with online.
✅ Monitor social media, gaming platforms, and messaging apps.
✅ Review privacy and location settings on devices.
✅ Watch for changes in behavior that may indicate cyberbullying or online exploitation.
✅ Regularly inspect devices and discuss online safety with your children.

If you discover suspicious activity:

• Stay calm and talk with your child.
• Preserve any evidence.
• Contact law enforcement immediately.
