Did a quick fix on a washing machine that wouldn’t spin while draining. It had a sock and other junk clogging the pump. The customer has been dealing with the broken washer for over a year and now is super happy to have it working again 😎 If the pump is clogged up the washer won’t spin and you’ll be left with soaked clothes.

Nice day prepping a house for sale in Merced. Put new screen and fixed the wheels on the big screen door (36”x 96”) . The screen is $300 brand new for that size so fixing it saved the owner around $250. Replaced the leaking kitchen faucet. Caulked and painted the rear door. Then did a bunch of small repairs around the property before the home inspector does their thing.

One last job at the end of the day. Gate looks brand new again.

Got some painting done in Turlock today and paint in Tracy the rest of the week. Got the garage door , entryway door , sliding door painted , and touched up a spot behind the fridge.

All finished updating a bathroom for a family friend. I scrubbed and stained the tile grout gray , new baseboards , toilet , light and switches , door handle , and some fresh paint. Came out really nice and she loved it.
