If the plant medicine is in the wild or on somebodies property, always and I mean always ask for permission. Taking what you need and alowing the plant to thrive leaving some for others hopefully to do the same.

Then everybodies happy, espeacially the plant.

Heard from my friend Lynn in Ashville, NC this morning. I sent her a text yesterday. She has no electricity or water and had to hike the mountain to get signal, but she's okay. She lives next to a creek so water may not be a problem. She says it's a good thing she's a camper. Will check in in a couple of day's with her. I'm sure it's the same for many. Please be hopeful with your friends and love ones in the NC, FL and surrounding areas and ofer help with communications. Reach out and offer to contact family and friends for them. they might get lucky like Lynn and catch a signal.
