6 years ago last month, I started this business with zero clients, zero team, and a whole lot of figuring it out as I go. šŸ„‚

And honestly? I'd do it all again.

To celebrate 6ļøāƒ£ years, I recently shared the 6 lessons that have shaped everything on the podcast... from how I show up online to how I run my business and protect my peace. I also shared an important update on the pod -- surrounding just that. The pod will be back... but see also the protecting my peace bit. šŸ˜‰

I will be resurrecting my newsletter -- so be sure to subscribe on the website to stay up to date!

What's the biggest lesson YOU'VE learned in business?

Fun fact: Social media is rented space y’all. Why are you solely relying on a platform you don’t control to grow your business?

So often we expect massive results from social, (which can deliver btw) but two things need to be in order… clarity and consistency.

You can’t be mad about not getting the results you want when you lack clarity and consistency in your marketing. On social and beyond for the record.

Couple clarity in message & audience with a multichannel strategy that engages your audience and pushes them down your funnel… and that’s where magic happens.

If you need some support creating your strategy, and finding what channels work best for you, I have two openings for April strategy sessions and am booking May! DM to get on the schedule!

FWIW: lucky guesses are not a marketing strategy. ā˜˜ļø

If your marketing feels random, inconsistent, or like one more thing on your already too-full plate, you are not alone. Hi, it’s me too. šŸ‘‹

A lot of business owners think they need more motivation, more time, better ideas, or my personal least favorite... that they just need to post more.

But more content is not the answer when there’s no strategy behind it.

Most of the time, the missing piece is clarity. You need a plan that helps you know what to post, stay consistent, and market your business without feeling overwhelmed every time you open Instagram.

So consider this your St. Patrick’s Day reminder: stop relying on luck and start building a strategy that actually supports your business. Because a clear strategy will take you a whole lot farther than lucky timing ever will. šŸ’š

What’s harder right now: consistency, strategy, or knowing what to post? Tell me in the comments šŸ‘‡
