Think about it: you drive by a house and think… “wow, that’s a nice house. I wish I lived there. I need a new house. Why can’t I have a new house? Suzy bought a new house. I need a new house!”

Notice you created a problem out of thin air? Simply realizing we do this can help us recognize it and put a stop to these intrusive thoughts.

In your head, you’re convinced you need a new house (scarcity), but in real life you have a place to live and it’s not a problem.
