I had to have distal bicep repair for a major 99% tear… thankful for the tiny thread that kept my bicep from retracting.
Surgery went well- doc said it’s less than 3% of women that get to enjoy this injury 😂 pretty sure he thinks Cliff beat me.
2 weeks in a hard cast and sling
6 weeks in a brace
And a ton of PT when the time comes…. 6 months for full limited recovery.
It’s WILD.
Thankful for everyone’s prayers and grace as we navigate use of only 1 arm and lots of pain and swelling!!
