We are absolutely thrilled to share that Lois has officially been adopted by her foster mom, Hilary! 🐾❤️

When Lois first arrived at Rocky Mountain Cocker Rescue, she was incredibly sick. This sweet senior girl was weak, covered in painful wounds, battling infections, and facing multiple medical challenges. Her future was uncertain.

Then she met Hilary.

With endless patience, gentle hands, countless medications, and an abundance of love, Hilary helped nurse Lois back to health. Day by day, Lois grew stronger. Her appetite returned. Her wounds healed. Her tail began to wag. Most importantly, she learned that she was finally safe.

Somewhere along the way, something beautiful happened...

Lois didn't just find a foster home.

She found her home. ❤️

Today, we're celebrating the happiest kind of "foster failure"—the kind where a dog never has to pack her bags because she's already exactly where she belongs.

Knowing that Lois will spend her golden years surrounded by the person who loved her through her hardest days fills our hearts with so much joy.

Congratulations, Hilary and Lois! Thank you for seeing the beautiful soul behind the medical challenges and for giving this precious girl the forever family she has always deserved.
