Results are in from the Shelby County Rocket Run. Congrats to Kinley Kunkel and Matthew Craig who both earned medals for their top 20 finishes. Several runners had PRs today. Great job! Here are the results:

2020 has been a strange year so far...
So many things have changed.
If you’re looking for normal- that’s not likely returning for quite some time.
One thing possible for any young person beginning their summer is to consider the many ways to be ACTIVE. Whether it’s fishing, hiking, going to the gym, cycling, gardening, or shooting hoops in your driveway. The key is there is nothing stopping you from being ACTIVE. Gone should be the days and nights of Minecraft, Fortnite, Insta scrolling and TikTok surfing. Let’s reconnect to our physical health. Get outside and make the choice to be ACTIVE.

And by the way- Trimble County Cross Country is looking for those who want to be ACTIVE and part of a phenomenal team sport with a rich history in this County as one of its most successful programs.

The sports season for Fall 2020 is not written yet. That shouldn’t stop anyone from making the choice to be ACTIVE. Go find freedom and purpose and reward in a pair of trail running shoes...
